Muscat, Oman – Intelligent Projects is pleased to announce the culmination of its three-year strategic partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in the Sultanate of Oman, by launching a pioneering national project to comprehensively re-engineer and develop the Unified Admission System.

We were honored to officially launch the project in a kick-off meeting chaired by His Excellency the Undersecretary, where the strategic vision and detailed work plan for this pivotal project were presented. The Unified Admission System is a national system that serves a wide segment of society in Oman, managing the application, sorting, and admission processes for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, and we are proud of this valuable trust to develop it.

Towards a Smarter… Faster… and More Efficient Admission System

Over 24 months, our specialized team will transform the current system into a modern, intelligent platform, in line with the objectives of “Oman Vision 2040.” This will be achieved through a meticulous re-engineering methodology aimed at delivering a qualitative leap through:

• Advanced Technical Architecture: Changing the current architecture and rebuilding the system using modern, cloud-native technologies, while improving the database structure for superior performance and effective information management.
• Artificial Intelligence and Smart Automation: Integrating AI technologies into the core of admission processes, such as intelligent program suggestions, a smart assistant for instant responses, automatic document recognition (OCR), and isolating the business logic to be moved to a more modern framework.
• Exceptional User Experience: Providing simplified and modern user interfaces (UI/UX) for all users, whether through the website or mobile applications, while adding new channels to deliver services more easily.
• High Performance and Absolute Reliability: Designing a system capable of processing vast numbers of applications quickly and efficiently, ensuring service continuity without interruption, even during peak periods.
• Seamless Integration and Smart Data Analysis: Developing effective mechanisms to connect the system with other platforms and providing accurate dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
